Additionally, he has served as the CEO of a private company and has extensive experience in leveraged buyouts.

Matthew Nuñez

Currently serves as the President & Director of Smart Health Diagnostics Company (SHDC). A seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive with more than 25 years of experience in bringing new products and concepts to commercial markets. He has special expertise in biomarker discovery and development and has been recognized as an innovator in a scientific journal for innovations in biomarker discovery based in systems biology. He co-founded Liquid Biosciences, which focuses on advanced evolutionary computing and forms of AI and bioinformatics tools and is highly proficient in complex mechanical engineering.

Guy Pinkman
Chairman of the City of Lincoln Police and Fire Pension Plan Investment Board in Lincoln, Nebraska. In addition, a Captain/Paramedic with the Lincoln Fire and Rescue Department for over 30 years. A two-time Presidential appointee to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Advisory board.
Darin Nelson
Began career in Veterinary Medicine in 1986 starting as a sales rep for a Veterinary Diagnostic Lab company in New York. From there later transitioned to a sales management role for another Veterinary Laboratory in Southern California in 1991. The company was acquired by VCA in 1994. Over the next several years VCA rolled up numerous Laboratories.
